I have just been
thinking about the 4th of July. I am so thankful for this country in
which I was born and yet I had no say in that. I didn't choose this
country or the color of my skin. I didn't ask to be born in this land of
opportunity and influence. I guess I just got lucky, lucky to be born
in a country people are literally dying trying to get into. As you
celebrate America's freedom remember those words our parents told us
and if you are a parent you have uttered, "With greater privilege comes
greater responsibility." How are you using your opportunities and
influence? God bless the USA.
